Welcome to Stirling & Co. These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Purchase & Contract
When you place an order on our website, a binding contract is formed between you and Stirling & Co upon confirmation of payment.
2. Product Details
We strive to accurately describe and photograph all products, but minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted elements. These differences do not constitute defects.
3. Processing & Shipping

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Stirling & Co is not responsible for delays or lost packages once handed to the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly or email us for assistance.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
At Stirling & Co, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns on Ready-to-Ship Items
We accept returns on non-custom, unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Must include original packaging

Must not be resized, worn, or altered
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Custom & Personalized Jewelry
All custom, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@stirlingnco.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and the reason for return. We’ll send return instructions and authorization.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
5. Payment
We accept secure payments via major credit cards, Shopify Payments, and PayPal. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement by emailing us. After this period, we may have already begun processing, and cancellation may not be possible.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Our jewelry is made with care and quality materials, but no formal product warranty is provided beyond our Return Policy. This does not affect your legal rights.
We are not responsible for damage from misuse, improper care, or third-party modifications.
8. Limitation of Liability
Stirling & Co is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your purchase or use of our products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any legal action must be filed in the courts of California.
