Order
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email us at info@Stirlingnco.com as soon as possible.
These changes are only possible if your order has not yet been prepared or shipped. For personalized orders, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already entered production or been dispatched, you will need to wait for delivery and initiate a return, then place a new order if desired.
However, please note that personalized orders are non-returnable.
The accepted means of payment are credit card and PayPal.
When you pay online, we accept the following cards: VISA - MASTERCARD - AMERICAN EXPRESS.
We do not accept gift vouchers, or payments by bank cheque or cash.
You can also pay for your purchases with a voucher, a credit note or a gift card.

Exchange and Return
- The jewelry is in perfect condition and has not been worn
- The jewel has not previously been sent back for repair
- The jewel has been returned within 30 days of the date of the order.
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, and if they meet these criteria, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note that we do not offer product exchange options. In addition, no refund or credit request will be accepted for orders placed more than 30 days ago.
Upon receipt of your package, if the product is in perfect condition, we will refund your order via the payment method used for the order. You'll usually receive your refund within 3-10 business days, depending on the payment method.
This refund excludes the original shipping costs. Gift wrapping is also not refunded, even if it is returned to us.
We base our decision on the amount paid to make the refund and not on the price of the product (if promotional codes apply).
Our sale items meet the same conditions as our other creations. You can therefore return them to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio in California, USA.

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Stirling & Co is not liable for delays or lost parcels.
